A few weeks ago, one of my LinkedIn connections posted under beliefs this quote: “Only a fool believes everything he thinks.” When I read the quote, I immediately thought that not everything appears or is as real as we perceive it. But that the energy fields behind our perceptions are real and that they themselves exert an influential energetic force in our life. Everything in the universe is energy and a perception in itself is energy. Therefore, our perceptions or thoughts, real or imaginary, are an influential energetic force in our life. Like a perception or a thought, a linguistic entity in itself is an energetic force. And the energetic force is defined by the word and the system to which it belongs.

Lately I’ve been wondering what energy fields the linguistic entities of ‘management’ and ‘manager’ occupy on the underlying metaphysical energy wheel. Since the role of a manager within an existing management system is defined fairly precisely, the metaphysical fields of linguistic entities are also defined according to their numerological equivalent within the numerological system. Not only is it important to understand the subtle metaphysical influence of linguistic entities, but also to consider their subtle functions when making decisions and activities while, for example, performing the role of manager. Let us therefore take a closer look at the metaphysical properties of the linguistic entities ‘management’ and ‘manager’ in order to gain a better understanding of their subtle influential functioning. Reminder: The subtle influence of a linguistic entity depends on its numerical equivalent and the number of letters that support the manifestation.

The numerical equivalent of the linguistic entity ‘management’ is number three and the support structure assisting the manifestation is number ten:
[MANAGEMENT: M=13/4 (1+3=4), A=1, N=14/5 (1+4=5), A=1, G=7, E=5, M=13/4 (1+3=4), E=5, N=14/5 (1+4=5), T=20/2 (2+0=2) and

As you can read on my website SUM UNIVERSAL, the inherent metaphysical properties of number three are diversity and completion. Diversity and completion exist within a dynamic interrelated relationship held together by various forces of attraction and repulsion. Whereby the fundamental meaning of number three is one and two make three, three being the result of the action of one and two. For this scenario the metaphysical function of the linguistic entity ‘management’ is linked to these properties. And the support structure of number ten whose inherent properties are independence and all-inclusive potentiality serves as the driver for this manifestation. Given that management’s role is to bring together or control the use of different resources and at the same time achieve a desirable result, the metaphysical characteristics of the linguistic entity ‘management’ match the actual function of the management system and work as a protective cloak. The support structure that number ten provides for the manifestation of the metaphysical properties of number three works quite well for achieving this outcome. Here I like to mention a verse of my poem to number ten, which I think captures the underlying activity of this process,
“I’m the stronghold of a unitary process
I glow brilliantly
at an interplay of lower and higher energy.”

Now let’s see which energetic field the linguistic entity ‘manager’ occupies on the underlying metaphysical energy wheel. The numerical equivalent of the linguistic entity ‘manager’ is number five and the support structure assisting this manifestation is number seven:
[MANAGER: M=13/4 (1+3=4), A=1, N=14/5 (1+4=5), A=1, G=7, E=5, R=18/9 (1+8=9) and
4+1+5+1+7+5+9=32 and 3+2=5].
As you can read on my website SUM UNIVERSAL, the inherent properties of number five are dynamic and intellectual, working under relative freedom and independence, and undergoing transition with the general goal of change. Here, the metaphysical purpose of the linguistic entity ‘manager’ is the fact or the process of doing something, typically to get a certain result. And according to the actual functions of a manager, we can see that the metaphysical properties of the linguistic entity correspond well with the actual meaning and purpose of a manager. The support structure that supports the process of achieving this manifestation is number seven, the inherent properties of which are care and various energies. Here I would like to mention a verse from my poem number seven:
“I’m an energetic force
I build strong bonds
I’m engaged on seven energy levels.”
If a manager’s activities and decisions match the metaphysical characteristics of the language entity, the power to achieve a desired result is likely to be programmed and successful.

Well, here we can see that the inherent properties of the numbers three, ten, five and seven play a pivotal role in the linguistic entities: management and manager. The function of the language entities is to steer various resources in order to achieve a specific goal and to use and control resources accordingly. As a manager, you are in a role that requires you to perform multiple functions each day. If they are properly performed and match the underlying metaphysical energy fields of the linguistic entity, the result is likely to be successful.
